A Snapshot of Your Day

You will provide high quality commercial and financial expertise in the offer / execution phase. Together with the sales manager you will ensure high quality in bids and opportunities. You will involve required interface partners as Procurement, Legal and Taxes.  In the execution phase, you will support with your financial & contractual expertise.

You will collaborate within the country and subregion Western Europe. Furthermore, you will be part of a global FIN community striving for financial excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Finance responsible for opportunities / offers / bids in area of responsibility, covering the commercial, contractual, tax and legal regulations according to internal guidelines in Siemens Energy
• Responsible for contract quality and calculation verification together with the technical bid manager.
• Responsible for legal and commercial conditions of offers and contracts with clients, attend contract negotiations, maintaining relationships with the Sales Team in region and global functions.
• Close cooperation with interface partners: Legal, Tax, Procurement, Accounting
• Preparation of monthly reporting in line with the requirements.
• Acting as a trusted partner for the technical bid manager / management team and supporting decision making processes on project- and business level.
• Coordinate and set up agreements for cross border activities in line with internal and tax regulations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or similar background, e.g. apprenticeship in a Finance profession
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a related field in a multinational company
• Very good command of English and Dutch (German is an asset)
• Team-orientation and ability to work with cross-functional, cross-regional teams
• Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills;
• Availability to travel
