A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Senior Buyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the supply of materials that meet customer requirements while optimizing costs and maintaining quality. Imagine leading procurement activities within your assigned commodity, implementing long-term strategies, and tackling operational tasks that drive efficiency. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, negotiate with suppliers, and contribute to the success of our additive manufacturing workshop. Your expertise will be vital in shaping our procurement strategies and enhancing our technical edge in the industry.



How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Define and implement commodity and procurement strategies for additive manufacturing, ensuring a sustainable and cost-effective supply of materials.
  • Monitor global markets to develop optimal sourcing strategies and establish partnerships with top suppliers.
  • Prepare and conduct negotiations that directly contribute to the success of our business objectives.
  • Support supplier management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, onboarding, and development.
  • Identify and propose digitalization and automation solutions to enhance procurement activities and streamline processes.


What You Bring

  • A university degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to navigate complex procurement challenges.
  • Several years of experience in procurement roles, including strategic, project, or advanced operational procurement.
  • Proven ability to build multi-tier supply chains and conduct independent global market analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively across different cultures.


About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
