Grid Technology Product Management develops digital hardware and software solutions for high-voltage energy transition applications, including switchgear, transformers, composite insulators, and surge arresters. To unify previously separate hardware (waterfall) and software (agile) development processes, we introduced a SAFe-based Agile Operating Model that enables end-to-end agile product development. As a Scrum Master, you will support agile execution within the SAFe environment by coaching teams, facilitating key agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and promoting collaboration across cross-functional teams. You will drive continuous improvement, help deliver high-quality customer-focused products, and foster an environment that enables innovation and team success.

How You’ll Make an Impact  

• Implement and promote the use of SAFe practices and principles within the organization, ensuring alignment at all levels.  
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration by facilitating effective communication between teams, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Owners, and   all   stakeholders.  
• Coach teams and individuals on Agile practices and the SAFe framework, providing guidance to enhance team dynamics and performance.  
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions, ensuring clear objectives are defined, dependencies are identified, and risks are mitigated, while assisting in tracking and reporting on PI progress.  
• Track and report on key Agile metrics to ensure transparency and continuous improvement, using data to identify areas for enhancement and implement necessary changes.  
• Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from retrospectives.  
• Act as a liaison between development teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.  
• Organize and facilitate training sessions on SAFe practices and Agile methodologies to enhance team capabilities and understanding.  

What You Bring  

• Completed university degree in a technical or commercial field  
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SAFe  principles and practices.  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or similar) are highly  desirable.  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration  across diverse teams.  
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking Agile metrics and using data to drive improvements.  
• Ability to thrive in a fast - paced environment and manage multiple priorities   effectively  
• Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both langu ages.  
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment
