A Snapshot of Your Day

Act as a servant leader who facilitates and supports the Agile teams, empowering them to deliver value iteratively and incrementally.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Help plan and facilitate key Scrum events, such as the Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings. Ensure that these events are effective, timeboxed, and focus on the team's goals and continuous improvement.
  • Promote and carry out Scrum practices, including the use of Agile artifacts like the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown Charts. Help the team understand and follow the Scrum framework, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working collaboratively.
  • Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress. Actively work to create a productive and supportive environment for the teams, ensuring that they have everything they need to meet their commitments.
  • Act as a coach and mentor for the Agile teams, providing guidance on agile principles, agile practices, and self-organization. Assist team members in improving their skills, fostering collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with customers. Encourage clarity, trust, and open dialogue, ensuring that information flows freely and that everyone is advised about the team's progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions, allowing them to focus on their work and meet their commitments. Shield the team from under pressure and influence, enabling them to self-organize and make informed decisions.
  • Further a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating the Sprint Retrospective ceremony. Help the team reflect on their work, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Share knowledge with the organization on how to use agile frameworks and practices.

What you Bring
  • Experience within agile coach in relevant software development projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience in Software Development projects (development, deployment, maintenance, support)
  • Familiarity with other agile frameworks and practices, such as Kanban, Lean, SAFe or XP (Extreme Programming)
  • Familiarity with Agile tools for task tracking, backlog management, and team collaboration, (preferable Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge of Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Advanced English
  • Teammate & Great Attitude
  • Leadership skills

Our main focus is on providing asset, process, energy, and industrial operations management solutions to various markets including Offshore, Pulp and Paper, Maritime, Oil and Gas, and others.
