- Lead cross-functional collaboration by working as a peer to the Global Process Owner for Sales, the S4E-TI Lead, the S4E core team, and other Business Areas — keeping everyone aligned and moving forward together
- Drive operational change by implementing and embedding sales processes within SAP, managing capability rollouts across multiple entities and ensuring the necessary organizational shifts are understood and supported
- Serve as the central voice for sales capabilities within the TI STG Business Area — gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications, and offering deep, trusted expertise throughout
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of sales processes with other SAP modules, proactively identifying and acting on process improvement opportunities
- University Degree in a technical or business-related field with many years of proven experience in the industry, leading sales process initiatives
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of SAP-based sales processes and tools, ideally gained within an S/4HANA transformation program
- Understanding of the full sales lifecycle and ability to confidently balance global standardization with the nuances of local execution
- Stakeholder leadership skills to communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences, building trust and driving alignment across diverse, senior teams
- Analytical and problem-solving strength, to approach complexity with structure and curiosity, turning ambiguity into actionable solutions — Change-Management experience is a welcome plus
- Fluency in German and English both spoken and written
