In this role you will be supporting our regional Sales team to focus on improving sales performance through process optimization, strategic planning, and data analysis.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Streamline and maintain existing processes to drive Sales team effectiveness and data quality

·       Business Analytics: Data engineering and BI visualizations to drive business processes.  Identification of market, customer utilization trends.

·       Process Automation: Develop reports to automate Sales operations based on SalesForce CRM platform

·       Explore and implement AI use-cases to increase Sales team productivity

·       Assess market potential for Siemens Energy’s offerings and identify strategic growth opportunities in the power generation domain.

What You Bring

• Experience in developing dashboards on BI tools (PowerBI is preferred), experience in data engineering
• Experience in SalesForce CRM preferred
• Possesses analytical and conceptual abilities.  Experience in utilizing business analytics to drive business goals will be considered favorably
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
•  Experience working across diverse markets in the Asia Pacific region is highly desirable
• Ideal to have experience within the power generation industry

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
