A Snapshot of Your Day
Your primary task is to create competitive and high-quality offers for our clients, ensuring they are both attractive and viable. This involves detailed analysis and negotiating contracts with favorable terms for the business. During the project execution phase, your collaboration is essential, especially in negotiating with clients and suppliers to maximize opportunities and minimize risks through solid change orders. You'll be part of a dynamic team that maintains constant contact with clients and suppliers across Mexico, the United States, and Europe.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Preparation of offers as well as analysis and commenting of contracts with internal and external suppliers as well as customers according to commercial, tax, insurance and legal aspects.
- Preparation of calculations for quotation in collaboration with the technical colleagues and the regional companies as well as analysis of risks, and implementation of a professional currency management.
- Negotiation of contracts, checking the creditworthiness of customers and preparation of order intake calculations together with technical colleagues.
- Implementation of LoAs and bid releases by collecting all necessary information in time, including calculation, contract analysis and risk analysis
- Forecasting and Budgeting of Order Intake per month, quarter and year
- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines of the company
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or similar), Legal as an alternative or addition.
- 2 years of experience in the products business, ideally in the offer stage of the process, special interest in the field of energy transmission.
- Being familiarized with SAP/Spiridon and MS Office, knowledge in processing and visualizing of data is a plus
- Fluent language skills in Spanish and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Ability to cooperate, and strong communication skills
- Ability to decision-making and customer focus
