A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

Business Administrator Sales is responsible for i) support and coordinate the review of customer terms and conditions and negotiate with Customers in conjunction with Bid Manager/Business Developers ii) defining and implementing offer processes in accordance with Siemens Energy policies and procedures iii) supporting in the identification and mitigation of commercial risk during the offer stage iv) performing various financial and sales analyses and v) support Business Developers to get internal approvals(LoA/BRP)!

What You Bring (requirements)

  • Guides, coordinates, and organizes all financial and commercial activities within the scope of the applicable business processes for sales and bidding and owns the approval process with stakeholders in the organization.
  • Participates in the negotiation of customer contracts to ensure that contracts are concluded in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Performs ongoing optimization of organization, procedures, and processes to ensure rationalization potential, optimize efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and provide training in regard to new regulations.
  • Supports the Financial team in the forecasting of bookings and performs various Financial and sales analysis. Guides ongoing comparison of objectives and their achievement, drives consistent steering actions to achieve the targets set by the business in terms of new orders.
  • Assist with transfer pricing audit and compliance topics

What You Bring (requirements)

  • 3-10 years of experience in contract negotiation and/or contract management.
  • Experience with affiliate cross-border transactions preferred
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analytical skills, and reasoning to identify key risk factors and drivers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving ability. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
