Ensure efficient warehouse operations, timely and accurate material delivery to production lines, and proper shipment to customers. Maintain inventory accuracy, keep the warehouse organized, arrange labor effectively, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact
•Convert design Bills of Materials (BOM) into Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOM) based on production plans and prepare the necessary documents for material issuance and batching to ensure smooth processes and accurate data.
根据设计物料清单（BOM）和生产计划，转换为生产物料清单（MBOM），并准备相关出库及配料单据，确保流程顺畅和数据准确。
•Support warehouse accounting tasks, including cost calculation, material settlement, variance analysis, and monthly closing, ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
支持仓库会计相关工作，包括成本核算、物料结算、差异分析及月度结账，确保符合财务流程要求。
•Participate in the optimization of warehouse management processes to improve material management efficiency and data accuracy.
参与仓库管理流程优化，提升物料管理效率和数据准确性。
•Maintain effective communication with Design, Procurement, Production, and Logistics departments to ensure alignment of material requirements and supply plans.
与设计、采购、生产、物流等部门保持良好沟通，确保物料需求和供应计划一致。
•Generate regular material requirement and inventory analysis reports to support production planning and management decisions.
定期输出物料需求及库存分析报表，为生产计划和管理决策提供支持。
•Be responsible for cycle count, take the circle count of inventory periodically, keep physical stock quantity compliance with system records. In case of differences, it is necessary to find out the causes and formulate improvement measures.  In case of shortage, overstock and sluggishness of materials, timely feedback to take corresponding countermeasures.
负责循环盘点，定期对库存盘点，保证库存数量与系统记录保持一致。出现差异时，需要查找原因及制定改进措施。当物料出现短缺、积压、呆滞现象时及时反馈，以便采取相应对策。
•Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, palletizing, distribution, and locating materials. Store and issue materials on a FIFO basis, ensuring protection against moisture, dust, fire, and theft. Organize and classify materials by 5S standards: neat, clean, and clearly labeled.
负责仓库日常操作，包括收料、卸货、托盘装载、发料及定位。依据先进先出原则存储和发放物料，做好防潮、防尘、防火、防盗。按5S标准分类摆放，整齐清洁，标识清晰。
•Work according to safety regulations. Use crane / forklift, operate with certificate, and abide by safety operation procedures to ensure the safety of personnel, goods, and equipment.
遵守安全规程。使用行车/叉车，持证操作、遵守安全操作规程，确保人身、货物和设备安全。
•Implement ISO9000 quality system and environmental policies, and perform other tasks assigned by the warehouse foreman or department manager.
执行ISO9000质量体系及环境政策，并完成班长或部门经理分配的其他工作。

What You Bring  
•>2 years’ experience in the manufacturing warehouse 2年以上制造业仓库工作经验
•Hold an associate degree or above具备大专及以上学历
•Be proficient in using ERP systems (SAP preferred), Excel, and other office software, with strong data processing skills能够熟练使用ERP系统（SAP优先）、Excel及其他办公软件，并具备数据处理能力
•Demonstrate a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and sensitivity to data具有较强的责任心、细致度和数据敏感性
•Possess excellent communication skills拥有良好的沟通能力
•EHS Knowledge 有安全意识
•Ownership 有主人翁精
•Qualified in crane operation and forklift operation certificate 具备行车操作和叉车操作证
