A Snapshot of Your Day

As SOC Analyst Development Engineer, you will provide engineering support for SOC environment and its software life cycle management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Test and deploy patches for SOC systems.
  • Supports SOC team in planning life-cycle of security log sources, including on-boarding, modifying and decommissioning of log sources.
  • Perform data engineering to extract data and load for security monitoring
  • Work with SOC team to deploy new features and changes to SOC environment,
  • Troubleshooting of issues in relation to SOC technologies within the SOC environment and escalates to Subject Matter Experts to resolve issues when necessary is more the attributes of a Software Developer as described in the JF "R&D", such mapping is also permissible.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Etc.
  • 5 years of Experience in similar role.
  • Experience in SOC technologies such as SIEM, SOAR or TIP Good Linux and network fundamentals
  • Scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell and Bash will be an advantage
  • Good communication and written skills

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
