A Snapshot of Your Day
A day in the life of a Production Supervisor at Siemens Energy in China is exceptionally dynamic. You will oversee the seamless execution of our ISO9000 quality system, ensuring processes run flawlessly and continuously improve. Your role will be pivotal in coaching and motivating your team to strive for excellence, driving productivity, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative work culture. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring both safety and quality standards are strictly adhered to and that projects meet their delivery schedules.
How You’ll Make an Impact
•Carry out, implement, maintain, improve and supervise ISO9000 quality system of the department.
负责本部门ISO9000质量体系的贯彻、实施、维护、改进和监督;
•Stimulate team member work hard with efficiency.
激励产线人员努力工作，提高工作效率;
•Productivity and Employee working evaluation, arrange equipment and human resource according to business development;

•Organize internal training according to different working station skill and create and evaluate team member development plan.
根据不同岗位技能组织内部培训，制定并评估团队成员发展计划;
•Monitor team member to obey the safety rules, ensure production safety.
管理产线人员遵守安全规章制度，确保安全生产;
•Monitor dept. member operate tally with production procedure, ensure product quality.
指导产线人员操作符合生产程序，确保产品质量;
•Direct, control and monitor the assembly, testing and warehousing; ensure delivery time;
指导、监控和管理产品组装、测试和仓储，确保项目交货时间；
•Familiar with lean tools and continuously improve productivity;
熟练使用精益生产工具持续提高生产效率;
What You Bring
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical, or relevant field. Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
本科学历，机械或电气相关专业，具有丰富的机械和电气工程知识;
•Fluent in written and speaking English communication.
良好的英语沟通能力
•Self- driven, result-oriented personality; ability to inspire and influence people; good communication skills.

•Lean management experience and practice
精益管理的实践和经验
•At least 3 years in manufacturing industry especially in assembly;
