你是否热衷于深耕高压开关工艺领域，推动产线标准化与效率升级？作为工艺工程师，你将在高压开关及 GIS 设备领域，主导工艺文件编制维护与作业标准落地。你将快速处置现场各类工艺、质量、来料及工装异常，依托专业知识与跨部门协作提供业务支撑，串联生产、制造与各职能模块，为产线稳定高效运行注入核心工艺力量。

职责与挑战

• Responsible for the preparation, updating of GIS process documents, as well as training and guiding production line, including process flowcharts,work instructions, and process cards.
• ; Responsible for the design and optimization of tooling and fixture device, as well as their acceptance and operation training.
• ; Determine and analyze standard larbor-hour for products; plan production line capacity, implement technical improvement projects, conduct research on equipment for production line, and optimize layouts.
• Address on-site anomalies, including but not limited to quality issues, incoming material defects, tooling/fixture device problems, and process method deviations.
• Provide support to other department when required.
• Be familiar with GIS knowledge, electrical manufacturing processes, industry practices, relevant technical standards, and legal regulations, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

综合素质要求

• Educational background in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Excellent fresh graduates are also acceptable
• Professional knowledge and skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D drawing software; strong ability in tooling and fixture device design; familiar with motor or mechanical transmission assembly processes (1+ year of experience in the switchgear industry or related manufacturing is preferred); familiar with SAP and other ERP software; basic knowledge of lean production.
• Ability to work under pressure, with an outgoing personality, proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, documentation, and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English communication (both written &oral).
