A Snapshot of Your Day
Make standard technical specification and requirements, fulfill the task and target set by the company, solve the problems happened in the manufacturing process and provide technical support and trouble shooting.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- 监督生产过程，确保产品质量符合图纸和规范要求。
- 进行质量检查和测试，记录并分析数据。
- 制定和实施质量控制程序和政策。
- 协调和指导生产团队，解决质量问题。
- 与研发团队合作，优化检测流程。
- 定期进行质量审查，提出改进建议。
- 编制作业指导书，记录单。

What You Bring
- 本科及以上学历，机械、材料、空气动力学等相关专业。
- 至少3年质量工程师相关工作经验。
- 良好的英文读写能力。
- 熟悉质量控制方法和工具。
- 优秀的分析和解决问题能力。
- 良好的沟通和协作能力。
- 熟练使用质量管理软件和办公软件。
- 具备ISO质量管理体系相关知识。
- 具有叶片气流检测、热成像检测、称重检测、静频检测经验者优先。
