We are seeking an SAP Integration and Document Management Specialist to support our ECC and S/4HANA environments within the SE ERP service management & project organization. This role blends technical expertise with stakeholder coordination, IT service operations, and project oversight to ensure reliable and efficient outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of projects, changes, and service operations for our SAP ERP integration and document management environment.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Support global SAP integration & DMS initiatives, steer partners towards common goals, and act as a cross-team coordinator.
• Analyze business requirements, recommend design improvements, manage project delivery, and provide regular updates.
• Understand and optimize complex business processes and technology landscapes, with a strong aptitude for deep-diving into issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective, sustainable solutions.
• Be a hands-on specialist for Document Management solutions, manage tickets, and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide training, documentation, and support for SAP integration and DMS solutions.
• Stay updated with trends in integration and SAP document management technologies.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, engineering, business informatics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP implementation/consulting in the above areas, 2-3 years of experience in the IT service management or project management field.
• Effective coordination, proactive communication and problem-solving skills required to navigate a global organization.
• Domain knowledge of Application Integration or Document management (in the context of SAP solutions).
• Technical Experience in specific SAP integration solutions, such as AIF & BTP Integration Suite, with profound knowledge of application integration technologies (RFC, BAPI, IDoc, ALE) as well as standard technologies (REST, OData, SOAP WS) and security protocols (HTTPS, TLS, SNC).
• Hands-On integration related experience in SAP Basis and development/debugging (ABAP) activities along with support of RFC interfaces.
• Contextual overview relating to communication infrastructure (cloud, firewalls, networks).
• Nice-to-Have: Seal Systems Plossys Output Management or general Document Management & Conversion software.
