A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Resource & Service Manager with a focus on Control & Digital resources in Egypt, you’ll collaborate with field service, planning, and project management teams to ensure seamless mobilization and travel arrangements for field personnel. Your role involves maintaining data quality and documentation, managing I&C service contracts, and coordinating site inspections and reporting. You’ll work on meaningful projects that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analyze market trends and project requirements to forecast future resource needs, ensuring optimal manpower, materials, and machinery allocation.
• Develop detailed schedules and contingency plans to anticipate and resolve resource conflicts, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Monitor resource usage in real-time, adjusting allocations to accommodate project shifts and changes in availability.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and department heads to align resource distribution with project goals and optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage customer service interactions, addressing complaints professionally and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate travel and mobilization logistics, ensuring all personnel documents are up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, with proven experience in resource planning or project management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in resource planning software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Energy’s T3000, PLC, and SCADA systems, including system virtualization and cybersecurity implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East.
• Understanding of cybersecurity solutions and experience configuring, installing, and upgrading industrial controls networks and remote access solutions.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
