How You’ll Make an Impact

* Creates real-time transparency for ad-hoc analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement.

* Drives innovative digital solutions to improve production quality by thinking outside of the box, coaching and fostering the application of creativity methods.

* Accompanies relocation projects in respect to all quality-relevant topics, e.g. transfer of FMEA and 8D records and production release via audits.

* Acts as a an advisor to management and business partners on advanced technical areas.

* Ensures and implements production standards, guidelines and programs in an assigned plant environment.

* Coaches team members of agile/lean projects or even leads agile projects e.g. as a SCRUM master.

* Designs and coordinates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.

* Analyzes and improves a series of process steps by applying appropriate methods like Value Stream Mapping.

* Initiates trainings for production employees with regards to quality (e.g. PDCA, Poka Yoke).

* Ensures effective cooperation with both, internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues. Performs Quality coordination for all production products within BU and to other partner production sites.

* Advices and escalates to the accountable management of the unit, in all production quality-related issues.

* Analyzes workflow environment and proposes improvements to management.

* Plans and completes unit-related Production Quality projects. Implements actions and monitors effectiveness and sustainability of solutions with defined quality methods, e.g. 8D and FMEA.

* Executes quality standards in Production Quality operations and processes.

* Performs production quality reporting and analysis.

What You Bring

· Education: Quality and Productivity Engineering (Any other related engineering)

· Experience: More than 3 years in quality process inspections, quality manufacturing or related activities.

· Technical knowledge. Risk management. Process improvement. Lean Kaizen and others quality methodologies. Auditing skills to assess compliance. Knowledge of ISO standards. Quality Core Tools, Statistical Process Control, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Power Apps), Minitab, Matlab.

· Foreign Language: English (Intermediate/ Advance)

· Soft Skills: Sense of urgency, Ownership, Teamwork / Collaboration, High communication, Problem Solving, Leadership, Team management.

Quality Management team is a proactive team that brings and ensure the quality standards, product safety and operation safety as well as continuous improvement for DRY type distribution transformers.
