Siemens Energy in Denmark serves the Danish energy market and is our global competence center for delivering offshore high-voltage systems. These systems connect offshore wind farms to onshore transmission. Our customers are international and include offshore wind farm owners, shipyards/fabricators, and EPCs supplying offshore substations. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

Your main tasks will be to contribute to ensuring that the quality activities are handled expertly via:

• Performing internal audits, project audits, site audits, and supplier audits
• Support the Project Manager as an experienced partner by planning, supervising, and reporting on activities to prevent failures and ensure effective proceedings.
• Becoming a catalyst for continuous improvement for all project phases, communicating lessons learned and process improvement
• You will have the authority to step in at any project stage if there are issues or risks to the project's progress or results.
• Becoming a valued member of the core project team and report directly to the Project Manager - in functional matters, report to the Head of PMO and Quality.
• Ensuring that our sub-contractors and suppliers deliver to the requested quality

The role is based in Ballerup and involves project tasks. You may need to travel for site audits in Denmark, abroad, or for supplier audits and project quality work. The amount of travel will depend on the projects you're working on.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, quality management, business administration, or similar
• Validated experience in project quality management of high voltage or large-scale construction projects
• Auditor qualifications
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, and test records
• Provide regular quality reports to project managers and collaborators
• NCR Management
• Identify potential quality risks related to projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Establish and maintain measures of quality and performance.
• You must excel at collaborating across professional boundaries, department boundaries, and national boundaries. You thrive in a position where you must be outreach and talk to many people every day locally and globally
• Having sophisticated IT skills and knowledge of MS Office tools i.e. Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Previous experience in ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) is considered an advantage
• Customer focused and motivated to collaborate with diverse cultures in a global setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for co-working with colleagues and collaborators with various professional backgrounds
• Mastering the English language. Other languages are considered an advantage
