How to contribute to our vision
This role is established to ensure business continuity within the (Quality Management) team, specifically addressing importation requirements for business components in Mexico. This temporary, entry-level position will support the standardization of the material importation process to comply with local regulations. To address these requirements, the role will focus on two primary areas: Regulatory Compliance Documentation and Quality Data Management. This involves issuing compliance letters according to Mexican standards (NOMs), as well as collecting, processing, and reporting on regional Environmental, Quality, and Safety (EQS) data. Given the focus on compliance and data handling, the ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate in Engineering or Administration. Essential requirements include strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tools like Tableau, and an intermediate to advanced level of English.
What You Need To Make a Difference
- 60% Regulatory Compliance & Process Support
- Issue letters of compliance with official Mexican standards (Normas Oficiales Mexicanas - NOM) to support the material importation process.
- Assist in the management and execution of administrative processes related to quality and importation requirements.
- Support the standardization of quality procedures for components and materials entering Mexico.
- 40% Quality Data Management & Reporting
- Input, maintain, and manage quality-related data in systems such as Tableau and SharePoint.
- Generate and compile regional Environmental, Quality, and Safety (EQS) statistics for analysis.
- Develop and prepare presentations and reports for the EQS management team to communicate key metrics and findings.
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- No formal professional experience required; preference for candidates with experience in extracurricular activities, administrative tasks, or academic projects.
- Demonstrated interest in Quality, Environmental, and Safety (EQS) management systems.
- This is a temporary position with a duration of 1 year.
- Only candidates who are about to graduate or who have graduated within the last 12 months will be considered.
- Advanced conversational English is mandatory (the entire recruitment process will be conducted in English).
- Full-time availability is required.
- Availability to work in a hybrid scheme: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
