Proposal Analysis – Specialist Professional

A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be part of a dynamic team within the Grid Transmission business, where you will lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for energy solutions. Your day will focus on analyzing customer requirements, developing competitive offer strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact proposals that support business growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Develop technical and commercial proposals for high-voltage substation projects, modernization initiatives, and long-term service contracts.
  • Analyze customer specifications and define pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and business objectives.
  • Coordinate the preparation of comprehensive proposals alongside sales, engineering, and project management teams.
  • Manage internal approval processes and present proposals to management in a timely manner.
  • Support market analysis activities, including customer insights and industry trends evaluation.
What You Bring
  • +8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
  • Proven experience in EPC projects for high-voltage substations (brownfield project experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong analytical skills, customer focus, problem-solving mindset, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Intermediate English level and intermediate Excel skills (preferred).
