A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic South East Europe Real Estate team as you take on a pivotal role in managing the expanding Trento and Veneto sites! Imagine overseeing all property-related activities, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will conduct regular property inspections to maintain our high standards and compliance with regulations. As you engage with vendors and manage contracts, you will play a crucial part in supporting our site expansion projects. Your expertise will help us align real estate activities with project timelines while upholding health, safety, and environmental policies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will oversee all day-to-day real estate activities at the Trento site, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain facilities to company standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure all site activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for all property-related expenses, while preparing regular reports on property status and financial performance.

What You Bring

  • You have 2-5 years of professional experience in corporate real estate or facility management.
  • English B1 level is mandatory.
  • Regular stakeholder management with senior site leadership.
  • Basic CAD understanding is a plus.
  • Availability to travel to Veneto once a month.
  • Willingness to work in a 100% on-site position.
  • You possess excellent financial acumen, including budgeting and financial analysis skills. Also, your analytical skills enable you to prepare insightful reports and conduct due diligence effectively.

Rewards/Benefits

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 51.000 – € 58.000 gross per year.
Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.
Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications. In such cases, the specific salary range for the location of interest will be communicated in the early stages of the recruitment process and, in any case, before any potential offer of employment is made.
