As a Projects Planner at Siemens Energy, you will target experienced professionals with a background in project management, engineering, or financial analysis. You will engage in meaningful projects that enhance plant performance and contribute to the successful delivery of energy solutions, directly impacting our clients and partners while aligning with Siemens Energy’s mission of sustainability and innovation. Expect a collaborative team culture that values communication, expertise, and proactive problem-solving, where your contributions will drive schedule adherence and project success.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Manage the development, tracking, and reporting of complex schedules and labor forecasts.
  • Develop project master schedules and drive adherence to timelines.
  • Analyze plant performance issues and create mitigation plans.
  • Assist in generating reports for functional departments to monitor performance against baselines and budgets.
  • Apply various project progress methods to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Coordinate project progress reviews and maintain accurate schedules amidst changes.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Engineering, Project Management, or Planning.
  • Expertise in Primavera 6 is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project is preferred.
