A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine owning a portfolio of project orders end to end—coordinating multiple projects with broader technology input and values up to €15 million. You’ll be the main customer contact, keeping communication clear while you drive contract and site execution from sales handover through to customer handover. Along the way, you’ll balance technical and commercial priorities, staying on top of schedules and budgets while guiding a multi-functional team. You’ll spot issues early, act decisively, and keep stakeholders aligned so delivery stays on time and within budget.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will take full ownership of project orders, coordinating multiple projects up to €15 million in value
• You will act as the primary customer contact for your project portfolio, ensuring strong service and communication
• You will collaborate with internal departments to drive execution from sales handover to customer handover
• You will monitor technical and commercial performance, keeping control of schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• You will manage suppliers and risk/opportunity actions to support smooth contract execution and on-time delivery

What You Bring

• You are graduate standard (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience, or you are certified at Project Manager level within PM@Siemens
• You have a proven record of meeting targets and measures, showing initiative and drive
• You can lead a multi-functional team and collaborate as a committed, supportive team player
• You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, good product knowledge, and a solid understanding of company structure
• You have commercial and legal awareness to handle simple commercial and legal matters, with a customer-focused, process-oriented approach

About the Team

You’ll work in a group focused on Contract and Site Execution, owning project delivery from the initial sales handover through to customer handover. The team coordinates across internal departments to keep projects progressing smoothly and to ensure customer needs are met throughout execution. Your work connects technical delivery with commercial control, helping the wider business deliver safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll also partner with commodity suppliers to keep contracts running predictably and to manage delivery commitments. The team values clear communication, shared ownership, and practical problem-solving when issues arise.
