As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Contract and Site Execution efforts. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional project outcomes while ensuring customer satisfaction. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Take full ownership of project orders, coordinating multiple projects valued up to €15 million.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive project progress from sales handover to customer handover.
• Monitor technical and commercial aspects, maintaining control over schedules and budgets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues, escalating as necessary.
• Coordinate with commodity suppliers for smooth contract execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Implement risk and opportunity management strategies throughout the contract lifecycle.

What You Bring

• Completed a degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or certified at Project Manager level within PM@Siemens.
• Proven record of achieving set targets, demonstrating initiative and drive.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a multi-functional team collaboratively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with good product knowledge and understanding of company structure.
• Commercial and legal awareness to navigate simple commercial and legal matters.
• Customer-focused and process-oriented approach.

About the Team

You’ll work in a group focused on Contract and Site Execution, owning project delivery from the initial sales handover through to customer handover. The team coordinates across internal departments to keep projects progressing smoothly and to ensure customer needs are met throughout execution. Your work connects technical delivery with commercial control, helping the wider business deliver safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll also partner with commodity suppliers to keep contracts running predictably and to manage delivery commitments. The team values clear communication, shared ownership, and practical problem-solving when issues arise.
