Lead planning, execution, and closure of maintenance, repair, and upgrades for large gas turbines. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will handle resource planning, risk and claim management, on-site execution, and ensure strict compliance with Siemens Energy’s EHS and quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, drive operational excellence, and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and profitably while contributing to Siemens Energy’s reputation for innovation and outstanding service.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage complex service projects for Gas/Steam Turbines and Generators at combined cycle power plants, ensuring successful execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, risk assessments, procurement plans, and resource allocation.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, engagement, and performance, while ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy's EHS and Quality standards.
• Conduct project review meetings, facilitate kick-offs, and lead onsite review meetings during outage phases for timely issue resolution.
• Identify additional sales opportunities, negotiate customer offers/contracts, and drive business growth through enhanced service offerings.
• Build strong customer relationships, act as a trusted contact, and ensure successful project closure with key milestones achieved.

What You Bring

• High School/GED or Engineering degree with 5-7 years of experience in overhauling reciprocating compressor packages and related equipment.
• Expertise in precision measurement techniques and proficiency in office software and portal-based reporting systems.
• Ability to obtain required certifications, including TWIC card, passport, and offshore survival/firefighting training.
• Strong communication skills to manage customer discussions and safeguard company interests.
• Basic commercial knowledge to understand contracts and identify additional funding opportunities, with a willingness to travel extensively.
• Preferred qualifications include Siemens/Dresser Rand training, commissioning experience, instrumentation/control systems knowledge, and client-facing or sales experience.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
