Project Manager at Siemens Energy

You’ll be part of Siemens Energy’s Transformation of industry business Area and covering Electrification, Automation and Digitalization business, leading the development of a reliable, sustainable, and digital EAD Systems. As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project execution of new unit and Service Projects. From initial order intake to successful delivery, you will oversee technical evaluation, schedule adherence, cost control, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient project management processes while supporting the ramp-up of the business. The role requires a motivated, self-starting individual with strong power plant knowledge, engineering skills, and commercial acumen—who also champions safety and a zero-harm culture.

How You’ll Make an Impact  

• Lead full lifecycle project management of EAD New Unit and Service Projects, from offer phase to delivery and customer project closeout.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, and logistics to meet technical and timeline expectations.
• 3Act as the primary customer contact, delivering regular updates and ensuring clear communication on technical, commercial, and logistical matters.
• Coordinate detailed technical assessments of projects prior to and during the repair process.
• Drive adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards while continuously identifying areas for improvement.
• Work closely with sales, offer specialists, engineers, operations managers, and finance teams.
• Develop and refine project execution methodologies, templates, and tracking tools to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance to assigned project’s team members and support a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen internal and customer relationships by consistently demonstrating Accountability, Optimism, Communication, Trust, and Flexibility.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering and/or Business Administration with similar prior experience.
• Proven experience managing high-value, complex and industrial service projects.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a technical and Project Management role. IPMA or PMP certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong performance in closing orders
• Experience using project tracking software and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, …).
• Resourceful, ability to adapt as market dynamic changes
• Ability and willingness to work across different ‘verticals’
• Demonstrated strong ability to collaborate with others in a cross-cultural team environment
