Position Title: Project Manager
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing projects that drive our mission of sustainable energy solutions. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting our clients’ needs. The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects and programs related to business requirements, specialized/technical fields, or specific sectors. The Project Manager co-pilots project/program management with the Administrative & Financial Project Manager
This position is tailored for experienced project managers with a strong background in engineering and a passion for the energy sector.
You will manage projects related to energy production technologies, including both conventional and renewable energy solutions, contributing to the global energy transition.
Your leadership will directly influence project success, enhance client satisfaction, and support Siemens Energy’s commitment to delivering reliable and sustainable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Defining implementation strategies to ensure the achievement of project/program objectives.
- Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource needs based on specific challenges.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting on it (cost, schedule, and personnel allocation); ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Organization for Standardization).
- Identifying/resolving obstacles to project completion within deadlines and budget.
- Managing multiple interdependent projects, including internal business transformation projects.
- Overseeing the integration of supplier tasks into the project plan, tracking, and reviewing supplier deliverables.
- Managing relationships with all internal/external project stakeholders and determining required actions to ensure client satisfaction while achieving organizational objectives.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project objectives within the constraints of scope, time, quality, budget, and safety.
- Managing general project/program management in acquisitions and execution according to the company's organization.
- Managing general project/program management where the work requires only a general knowledge of project/business requirements and no specific technical knowledge.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless project planning and execution.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and schedules, taking proactive measures to minimize non-conformance costs.
- Manage relationships with customers and all internal and external project stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing risk management to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Ensure compliance with Project Management standards and Business Conduct Guidelines, including tax regulations, export control, and EHS protocols
What You Bring
- Minimum 8 years of engineering Project Management experience.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools (MSP, Office 365, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate a project
- Listening (to clients and collaborators)
- Flexibility and adaptability to unforeseen events
- Risk and opportunity identification and management
- Understanding of applicable standards, regulations, and laws
- Proactive change management, including non-conformities
- Estimating offers or changes
- Mediation skills in case of conflicts
- Interpersonal skills and good communication
- Organization
- Prior experience or knowledge of high voltage substations, controls and protection, substations automation, and power transformers is advantageous.
- Goal-oriented, comfortable working in diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
