A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Manager, you will take a central role in leading complex FPSO Topside and Hull projects for Oil and Gas Industry. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and scoping through to execution, delivery, and closure, ensuring that all technical and economic objectives are met. Your primary responsibilities will include managing project finances to ensure a positive outcome, leading and collaborating with cross-functional project teams, and serving as the main point of contact for customers. This involves solving complex problems, optimizing project progress, and delivering tailored solutions that meet specific client needs. You will adhere to established project management frameworks while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in technical project management, a strong understanding of FPSO projects, and proven leadership capabilities. You must be adept at handling complex negotiations, managing stakeholder relationships with professionalism, and adapting to the dynamic changes inherent in customer-specific projects. A strong service mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• 40% Project Execution & Leadership
• Lead the end-to-end execution of industrial projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration to solve problems and optimize project progress.
• Implement and maintain project management processes and methodologies from initiation to closure.
• Manage project resources, assigning responsibilities and ensuring team alignment with project goals.
• 30% Financial & Commercial Management
• Hold full responsibility for the project's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
• Oversee all commercial aspects of the project, including contracts, invoicing, and procurement.
• Lead complex negotiations with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
• 30% Stakeholder & Customer Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across all levels of the project.
• Collaborate with customers to define project requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by professionally addressing issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• IPMA certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, combined with 8+ years of project management experience in an industrial or energy sector, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry
• 3+ years of experience leading complex technical project
