A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Management Office Analyst, your day involves providing essential support to the Head of PM and the PM group by analyzing business and process performance, developing recommendations, and implementing improvements to drive organizational change and elevate the PM group’s performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Support the Head of PM and PM group in achieving strategic goals.

·       Analyze business and process performance to identify improvement opportunities.

·       Develop and optimize PM processes for enhanced efficiency.

·       Implement new systems and processes, including training and change management.

·       Enhance monitoring and reporting on PM and business performance.

·       Collaborate with PM Heads, individual PMs, and cross-functional teams.

·       Interface with departments like Sales, Field Service, and Finance.

·       Drive organizational change with persistence and resilience.

What You Bring

• More than 5 years of experience in a technology business, with experience in power generation and maintenance of rotating machinery very desirable
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related area. Other relevant post graduate qualifications desirable
• Experience working in an international business
• Experience communicating with management on complex process, business, technical, commercial and customer issues.
• Willing to travel an estimated 30% domestic and international.
• Experience in engineering, field service or project management
• Understanding of power plant technology and business models
• Understanding of profit and loss with an ambitious approach

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
