A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will take on a key function in the planning, coordination, and operational execution of blade repair projects within Onshore Germany. You will work closely with internal departments, external service providers, and project teams, ensuring safe, structured, and efficient project delivery.


How You’ll Make an Impact

• Operational project coordination and execution of technical service and repair campaigns, e.g. blade-related activities, drone inspections, and special measures.

• Coordination of external service providers, including alignment of qualifications, training status, and deployment requirements.

• Close interface management with Operations, QHSE, Resource Management, Planning, and Logistics.

• Preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of project and coordination meetings.

• Support with GAP analyses, prioritization of actions, and implementation of mitigation measures.

• Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, internal policies, and customer requirements.

• Structured communication and documentation for internal and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Contribution to the standardization and continuous improvement of processes.



What You Bring

• You are well suited for this position if you feel comfortable in an operational project environment and combine technical understanding with a structured way of working

• Completed technical degree, technical vocational qualification with relevant professional experience also possible

• Experience in the onshore wind industry, ideally in service, repair, or other operations-related projects

• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders, both internal and external

• Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured approach to work

• High level of responsibility, especially regarding quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) topics

• Very good communication skills in German and English

• Confident user of MS Office and common project / collaboration tools

• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
