The Production Plan Supervisor oversees the planning and coordination of production schedules to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products. This role involves close collaboration with project management, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality control teams to align production goals with business objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

• Develop, maintain and drive detailed production schedules plans collaborating with project management, procurement, manufacturing and logistics teams
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes in demand.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Prepare forecast reports on production performance and present findings to management.
• Lead and mentor a team of planners or coordinators, if applicable.

What You Bring (requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years demonstrated ability in Production Planning in a fast-paced environment and preferably rotating equipment maintenance.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
