As a Production Group Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team in the assembly, packaging, and testing of Gas Turbines and Compressors, playing a pivotal role in Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver high-quality energy solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of power generation and oil & gas projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and support a diverse assembly team, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional matrix organization to ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery.
• Oversee mechanical assembly of complex packaged systems, ensuring adherence to technical drawings and standards.
• Support the generation of assembly quality records and maintenance of production equipment.
• Contribute to discussions with management to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including HR, EHS, and QMS standards.

What You Bring

• Qualification in packaging production and engineering, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Assembly & Packaging activities for Rotating Equipment, with hands-on expertise.
• Field Service experience with Gas Turbine or Compressor packages, particularly in alignment and process piping.
• Knowledge of international and industry standards, with proficiency in MS Office and CAD systems.
• Fluency in English, with Arabic strongly favored, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and calmness under pressure.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
