Imagine influencing the direction of transformer products used around the world. As Product Lifecycle Manager, you will transform market and customer insights into clear product strategies and development plans across multiple transformer product classes. You will lead R&D projects, align stakeholders across global functions and factories, and ensure successful product introductions. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise, commercial understanding, and strategic thinking to drive innovation and portfolio growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Gather insights from customers, sales teams, and factories to identify product opportunities and evaluate portfolio improvements.
• Develop and maintain robust business cases that support the most valuable product development investments.
• Drive R&D projects focused on portfolio optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Shape the product strategy and define a clear development roadmap across different transformer product classes.
• Partner with engineering teams, factory management, purchasing, and global functions to deliver products that meet strategic targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities while supporting sales, strategy, training, customer workshops, and product-specific initiatives

What You Bring

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• More than 7 years of experience within power or distribution transformers in product management, innovation planning, project management, engineering, or technical sales.
• Deep technical expertise combined with strong market knowledge and a solid understanding of product development, manufacturing operations, and commercial processes.
• Proven strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to make sound business decisions and build compelling business cases.
• Experience working in SAFe environments is beneficial; exposure to Scaled Agile practices is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, global teams, and factories across different cultures.
