This is a rare opportunity to work hands-on with real rotating machinery, from design and tolerance optimization to full-scale performance validation — while collaborating with global experts and advanced suppliers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Product Development

• Contribute to the full design cycle of a gas turbine engine – from aerothermal concept to detailed mechanical design, analysis and validation.
• Design components such as compressors, turbines, combustors, and casings using principles of thermodynamics, aerodynamics and material science.

Design for Manufacture

• Turn high-performance designs into components that can be produced efficiently and consistently.
• Apply design-for-manufacture principles, optimize tolerance, and work closely with suppliers to ensure precision and durability.
• The role involves tolerance optimization, understanding material behavior, and close cooperation with manufacturing partners to achieve precision, repeatability, and long-term durability without over-engineering.

 Innovation & Analysis

• Apply advanced analytical methos such as FEA, CFD, and thermodynamic modeling to predict performance and validate design intent.
• Explore new materials, computational methods, and design concepts that enhance efficiency, reliability, maintainability and sustainability.  

Collaboration & Integration

• Work in a global, multidisciplinary environment with experts across combustion, materials, and mechanical design to deliver world-class engineering solutions.

What You Bring

• A curious, analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges
• Ability to think in systems, balancing design, performance, and manufacturability
• Background in rotating equipment, applied mechanics, or detailed analysis
• Strong communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement
• Structed approach and attention to detail, combined with sound engineering judgement
• Thrive in multidisciplinary environments with combustion experts, materials scientists, and mechanical designers work together toward shared results and actionable outcomes
• Motivated by improvement - enhancing efficiency, reliability, and quality through thoughtful, data-driven decisions.
