A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Procurement Manager with 5+ years of experience in industrial or project-based procurement. The ideal candidate will lead procurement activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services aligned with project goals and business needs.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, bid evaluations, PO issuance, and contract management.
- Collaborate with engineering and project execution teams for early engagement and optimized sourcing strategies.
- Identify and qualify suppliers, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and compliance standards. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize value and mitigate risk.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or invoicing. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Manage procurement for Controls & Digitalization systems, including hardware (I/O modules, CPUs, HMIs), software licenses, and integration services.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Knowledge of contract law, international sourcing, and vendor management best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of automation, control systems, and electrical procurement is an advantage.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
