A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a talented and experienced Process Manager to join our Gas Services Solutions – Operational Excellence Team at Siemens Energy. As a Process Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, documenting, standardizing, harmonizing, communicating, optimizing, and verifying business processes within Siemens Energy, considering core and distinct processes within SE and ISO Standards. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Process owners across the organization, project teams, and governing departments, as well as external stakeholders such as process management organizations of external companies, institutes, universities, and process management companies, to drive process excellence and continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Process Definition and Documentation: Develop and maintain clear definitions and comprehensive documentation for GS SO processes, automize the process with AI techniques, ensure alignment with Siemens Energy’s core and distinct processes as well as ISO standards.
- Standardization and Harmonization: Promote the standardization and harmonization of processes to achieve consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Communication and Optimization: Facilitate effective communication regarding process changes and optimizations, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Process Verification: Implement verification mechanisms to ensure processes are functioning as intended and meeting required standards.
- Support in BiC Cloud Application: Assist GS SO functions in developing and refining processes within the BiC cloud application, leveraging technology for process improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by aligning processes with GS SO functions and incorporating feedback on potential enhancements.
- Training and Communication Activities: Plan, coordinate, and implement communication and training activities related to process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder understanding.
What You Bring
- Educational background in business or a related field. Professional experience in solution business within the energy industry with Project management or process management experience, with a focus on full project life-cycle (sales, execution and warranty).
- Intercultural experience, working with diverse teams. Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to handle complaints and disputes.
- Possessing excellent relationship-building and networking skills to establish positive relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, along with strong leadership and people management abilities to navigate teams and deliver long-term results. Analytical approach and problem-solving skills to address work-related issues and develop solutions.
- Strategic thinking skills to generate unique business insights and opportunities. Entrepreneurial mindset to challenge the status quo and find opportunities. Intercultural skills to understand and effectively respond to different cultural affinities.
- Process automation with AI techniques. Advanced process optimization skills, focusing on productivity, operational excellence, cost awareness, and simplification methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
