A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Print Process Technician at Materials Solutions, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our additive manufacturing (AM) processes. Based at our cutting-edge facility in Worcester, you'll work closely with engineering and technical teams to support new product development and optimise existing production methods. Your day-to-day will involve preparing and maintaining laser powder bed fusion machines, supporting AM technicians, carrying out equipment maintenance, and upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and quality.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Prepare laser powder bed fusion machines in line with weekly production schedules.
- Support AM technicians to ensure consistent workflow and product quality.
- Follow defined techniques, SOPs, work instructions, and processes to achieve quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical personnel to support new product development.
- Uphold adherence to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform 5S and total preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Identify and report deviations, and contribute to solving production challenges.
What You'll Bring
- A methodical and safety-conscious approach to technical tasks.
- The ability to follow procedures and collaborate within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of EOS, Renishaw, or SLM AM machines (desirable).
- Experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment such as gravity-fed systems and blenders (desirable).
- A good understanding of 3D printing technologies (desirable).

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
