A Snapshot of Your Day
Our Bid managers keep teams on track, oversee the delivery of a Proposal for EPC/Extended Scope Power Plant projects and eventually negotiate with the customer to form/ sign a contract with completed business objectives including budget, quality, safety, performance, and schedule requirements. Our Bid Managers are responsible to create quality Bids/ Proposals for Combined Cycle Power Plant using world class Siemens Energy Industrial Gas Turbine for international customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop technical solutions that meet customer requirements, including bidding strategies and road maps
- Comment on and clarify customer specifications, and evaluate technical guarantees.
- Coordinate with Siemens Energy entities for system design, component inputs, and project costs.
- Perform risk and opportunity analysis, and estimate and control bid preparation costs.
- Work with procurement for market information and with sales for effective proposal strategies.
- Report bid status to management, explain risks and mitigation measures, and secure
What You Bring
- University Degree in the fields of Electrical, Mechanical, I&C or Civil Engineering
- You have managerial skills and able to Lead multi-disciplinary team across different locations
- 8-10 years’ experience in Power Plant Execution (Electrical, Mechanical, I&C or Civil)
- Excellent language- skills in English, knowledge of other foreign language (German, etc) will be beneficial. Willing to learn new language
- Ability to travel in short notice
- Awareness of the energy industry and technically knowledgeable of the energy transformation
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 68.000 € gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
