关于职务
Your day involves reviewing the contracted scope and working closely with the project and engineering teams to identify necessary resources, including personnel, tools, and consumables, for effective execution of outage activities. You also focus on preparing detailed RFQs/RFPs, collaborating with the Supply Chain Management team to qualify sub-vendor resources, and developing a comprehensive master schedule in alignment with stakeholders to ensure smooth outage planning and execution.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Review the contracted scope, technical/contractual documentation, and identify required resources (personnel, tools, consumables, infrastructure) for effective outage implementation, while working with project and engineering teams to address additional scope.
- Prepare detailed RFQs/RFPs with clear sub-vendor requirements and collaborate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to identify, qualify, and manage sub-vendor resources as per Siemens Energy guidelines.
- Act as the interface between the project team and resource management team during outage planning and implementation, participate in daily execution meetings, and ensure progress through active engagement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive outage plans and schedules, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and alignment with all stakeholders, while continually refining outage planning and scheduling processes.
- Handle site infrastructure preparation, cost calculation, and progress reporting, ensuring scope is covered with detailed work packs, technical data, and planning requirements such as BOM, task lists, and execution methods.
- Support onsite project teams during outage implementation, provide technical assistance, assess additional scope, work with SCM to enhance sub-contractor development, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing for tender reviews and resource planning for customer offers.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a willingness to learn and grow in outage planning and implementation.
- Certification from the Project Management Institute is preferred, along with proficiency in planning/scheduling tools such as MS Project or SAP PM.
- Experience in preparing work packs and the ability to interpret plans, situations, and issues to guide actions toward successful outcomes.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with a global operations community.
- A global mindset with intercultural sensitivity and the ability to work independently in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong prioritization skills to manage competing demands effectively.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
