A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Piccoline in the Training Coordination team at Siemens Energy, your day will involve supporting the coordination of safety and technical training for technicians globally. You will engage in various tasks, from providing administrative support to collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. This role offers you the chance to develop your personal skills and build a professional network within a global company, enhancing your profile for the future.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the Global Training Coordination Team.
  • Assist in coordinating Thrive Training in the UK.
  • Support upskilling and qualification management for Offshore Technicians.
  • Prepare for meetings and document minutes effectively.
  • Manage email correspondence and cover shared inboxes weekly.
  • Prepare monthly reports and conduct data clean-ups.
  • Offer general support to the Site Training Department.

What You Bring

  • Completed secondary education (high school) and ready to work with us for 1 year. Please attach your high school transcript and CV. Please note that we are looking for a junior candidate. 
  • Good IT skills and a flair for using IT systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A structured approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • A positive and can-do attitude, along with a team player mindset.
  • Experience in an administrative support function is an advantage.
