How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the development and execution of projects by applying your academic knowledge to practical scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions to complex engineering and business challenges.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform project strategies and decisions.
• Engage actively in team meetings, offering innovative ideas to enhance processes and outcomes.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply them in a practical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Capability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support project tasks and documentation.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing to Siemens Energy’s innovative projects.
