A Snapshot of Your Day

As a PMO Digital Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting digital solutions that enhance efficiency for Project Management (PM) and Order Management (OM) teams across Latin America. Your day will involve improving automation, monitoring system performance and data integrity, and maintaining scalable, reliable tools—primarily using Oracle APEX and related technologies.

You will collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into high‑quality, practical technical solutions. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will help streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and support standardized processes. Through hands‑on development, testing, and deployment, you will contribute to reliable data, smoother operations, and effective PMO governance across the region.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design, develop, and enhance digital tools and user interfaces—primarily using Oracle APEX—to support Project Management and Order Management operations.
• Translate process improvement opportunities into scalable, automated solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor application and system performance to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring reliable and high‑integrity data across tools.
• Implement and maintain data validation frameworks to support consistent, accurate measurement and reporting.
• Create and maintain clear, structured documentation covering system architecture, data flows, design standards, and release processes while ensuring solutions follow best practices for scalability, maintainability, and long‑term system health.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level tools and applications.
• Strong technical proficiency in Oracle, Java, Python, and C++.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms and modern development tools, including cloud platforms, low-code solutions, automation platforms, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies; Scrum certification preferred.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
