A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our dynamic team as an Order Manager Intern and immerse yourself in a role where precision and organization are key. You’ll dive into SAP and Excel for data maintenance and administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Picture yourself preparing documentation for quote requests, summarizing offers, filling out templates, and sending quotes to various departments. You’ll also track offers, conduct interim and post-calculations based on SAP data, and verify unbooked materials and production orders before shipment. Your day will be filled with opportunities to prepare data for invoicing, making a real impact on our operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Maintain and administer data using SAP and Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for quote requests, including downloading and summarizing documents.
  • Track offers and conduct interim and post-calculations using SAP data.
  • Verify unbooked materials and production orders before shipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare data for invoicing, contributing to seamless billing processes.

What You Bring

  • You are precise and meticulous, ensuring high-quality work.
  • You have strong English skills, enabling effective communication.
  • Excel and SAP knowledge is a plus, enhancing your ability to manage data.
  • You are available for at least 20 hours per week, providing consistent support.
