关于职务
Your day involves supporting on-site outage needs for tooling and machining equipment across the Siemens portfolio, including Gas Turbines, Generators, Steam equipment, and Compressors, all while prioritizing EHS, quality, and environmental standards. It also includes managing orders, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution, and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Plan outage and demand requirements for tooling using the event calendar.
- Ensure quick and efficient responses to all requests.
- Develop Investment/CAPEX plans to support outages in the ME region.
- Create rental and purchasing contracts in collaboration with Commercial Management.
- Implement clear and accurate project data management from inquiry to delivery, ensuring OTD (On-Time Delivery).
- Drive digitalization initiatives, including KANLOG implementation, tools control tracking (TCTP), and efforts to improve RTC operations and reduce manual processes, while liaising with suppliers for procurement and localization support.
What You Bring
- Preferably experienced as an Order Manager (OM) within a Tool Centre and/or On-site/Field Service environment in Oil & Gas or Power Generation, with 5+ years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Quality and Safety procedures.
- Demonstrates expertise in Order and Logistics Management, with excellent decision-making, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Possesses a strong understanding of intercultural communication and the ability to handle resistance and stress while keeping teams motivated and focused.
- Enjoys teaching and mentoring others on safety and quality topics to enhance skill levels.
- Has experience in the Gas Turbine Power Generation and Oil & Gas sectors, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset driven by deadlines and targets.
- Skilled in co-working, problem-solving, and utilizing lean, agile methods and proven tools effectively.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
