A Snapshot of Your Day

The Customer Success Analyst is a critical role responsible for ensuring that our products are efficiently delivered to and adopted by our customers. This position involves maintaining updated delivery release materials for our products, developing a comprehensive suite of materials to enable sales, and demonstrating customer stories to architect journey maps and use cases. Additionally, this role will recommend change management practices to enhance customer adoption and apply knowledge of the energy markets to inform development roadmaps and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, an understanding of the energy sector, and a passion for customer success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Maintain and update sales and delivery release materials for the product, ensuring that all information is current and accurately reflects the product's features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of sales enablement and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, to support the sales team in promoting the Energy Management solution successfully.
  • Document and publish public-facing announcements regarding the release of new product features and partnerships as they are introduced via internal media (e.g., Yammer)
  • Complete market, regulatory and competitor research; compiling and analyzing results to identify key customer requirements and describe how offerings address industry, regulatory, and customer needs
  • Develop thought pieces such as whitepapers, case studies, op-eds, and webinar presentations that creatively address industry challenges relevant to Siemens Energy Management solution offerings
  • Systematically meet with Regional and Central sales counterparts to track customer engagements throughout sales process and plan actions in support of on-going customer engagements
  • Develop budgetary and firm offers in response to customer requests
  • Develop and recommend effective change management practices to improve rates of customer adoption and satisfaction with the final solution.
  • Apply deep understanding of energy markets to inform the product development roadmap, ensuring that our solutions meet current and future market needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support cross-functional initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited academic institution, or relevant work experience, is required. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry.
  • Proven record of developing effective sales and marketing materials that drive product adoption and customer success.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, use case development, and change management practices.
  • Ability to independently lead tasks from the point of inception to completion, and report on progress of relevant initiatives to commercial product owner or solution managers
  • Sophisticated technical writing skills; ability to develop compelling supporting intellectual capital such as pitch decks, slick sheets, whitepapers, blogs, and presentations for senior audiences and experienced energy management professionals
  • Experience with the North American energy markets, including key trends, regulatory environments, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence collaborators at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and product development, to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Actively pursue ongoing professional development and continuous learning to remain at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and internal teams, including internationally
  • Strong command of the English language is essential
