A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of the FACTS Service Team based in Erlangen, Germany, you will play a key role in supporting warranty, service, and small business activities for FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems) plants across a global customer base. Working in a dynamic international environment, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of offers, orders, warranty cases, and logistics processes, ensuring high-quality execution and customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Prepare commercial calculations and customer quotations.
  • Manage and track orders throughout the entire lifecycle in SAP.
  • Maintain customer and order data in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate changes with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Organize and monitor shipments using SAP modules and other logistics tools.
  • Support warranty cases, service orders, and plant outage activities.
  • Track delivery milestones and ensure timely execution of customer commitments.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Offer & Order Management, Sales Operations, a similar commercial role or technical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP (Ariba, 4/Hana or other similar softwares) and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
  • Business-fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
