A Snapshot of Your Day:
As an O&M Resource Coordinator, you will target candidates with 3-5 years of experience in resource coordination or document control, eager to engage in meaningful projects that enhance operational efficiency within Siemens Energy. Your work will directly impact the team, clients, and partners by ensuring seamless resource allocation and compliance, ultimately supporting Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions. Expect a collaborative team culture that values strong communication, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Facilitate travel arrangements by engaging with various suppliers.
- Collaborate with the commercial team and project stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Generate periodic reports detailing performance indicators.
- Maintain and update documentation for resource allocations.
- Track invoicing status related to projects outside of Egypt.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in resource coordination, document control, or administration (preferably in international settings).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with visa processes, travel arrangements, and international regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
About the Team:
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
