A Snapshot of Your Day

You will inspect components from aero derivative gas turbine engines and their modules to support the repair and overhaul businesses.  All work is performed with health and safety as our priority under a culture of quality assurance and a focus on the customer.  You will be working with a trained team that are working together to satisfy customer expectations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Assess the state of components using established guides and instructions
• Verification of assembly documentation
• Preparation of instructions for components requiring rework
• Specify the repair diagrams for the parts he deems repairable.
• Carry out the inspection of the parts after having received the necessary instructions.
• You may be called upon to work with a level 3 non-destructive testing inspector in magnetic particle processes and will also be called upon to train and work with a level 1 non-destructive testing inspector in processes using penetrating liquids.

What You Bring 

Certification according to the requirements of NAS 410, CGSB or equivalent to apply and direct crack detection processes using liquid penetrants. He will also perform the binocular inspection as required by the Company. Must be able to recognize, interpret and evaluate indications against established standards and specifications.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
