A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the power plant. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work, support maintenance planning and execution, provide technical guidance to Mechanical Technicians, and ensure compliance with plant procedures and safety standards. Your leadership will be essential in maximizing plant availability, mechanical system reliability, and operational performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment according to maintenance plan.

· Perform troubleshooting and repair work on malfunctioning or faulty mechanical plant equipment.

· Utilize computerized plant management systems when reporting faults, performing work on site, requesting material.

· Continually improve technical knowledge by attending training and hands-on training, and by resolving technical issues with appropriate internal and external partners.

· Protect the environment by reducing hazardous waste and avoiding unnecessary spillages.

· Ensure own safety and safety of others by strictly complying with plant safety regulations and ensure compliance with the Permit-to-work system.

· Participate in the administrative maintenance of the plant operating manuals, technical references, prints and diagrams and preventive/predictive maintenance records.

What You Bring

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience in a similar industrial environment.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within power generation, industrial plants, or comparable heavy industries.

· Working experience in service/maintenance sector of industrial plants 

· Experience as Supervisor of small team helpful but not required 

· Working experience with foreigners and in a multinational culture team helpful
