As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician at Siemens Energy, you will work on both scheduled and unscheduled repairs, ensuring that our power stations run detailed. Your day will be filled with tackling challenges head-on, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting issues that arise. You will work closely with a collaborative and ambitious team dedicated to achieving world-class performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform all maintenance tasks, including scheduled and unscheduled repairs, ensuring equipment operates exceptionally.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Fix and resolve mechanical issues swiftly to maintain flawless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities to ensure compliance and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Use your expertise to read and interpret technical drawings, ensuring high precision in maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to successfully implement maintenance strategies and achieve operational goals.

What You Bring

• Proven background in the mechanical field with experience working in power stations.
• Proficient in mechanical competence and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of basic computer software to maintain records and reports.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Determined and driven to succeed, with a passion for maintaining world-class standards.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
