A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us in Budapest as a key player in shaping the future of energy marketing. As a B2B Marketing Strategist, you’ll develop and execute global marketing strategies that resonate with our target customer segments. Your day will be filled with planning and managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring successful product launches and lead generation. You’ll own our digital presence, creating and optimizing high-quality content for websites and social media. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Grid Technologies effectively in the market, and track the performance of marketing activities to drive continuous improvement. This role offers a dynamic environment where your creativity and strategic thinking will make a significant impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute global B2B marketing strategies for defined portfolios and target customer segments
- Plan, deliver, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives, including successful product launches and lead generation
- Own and continuously enhance our digital presence by maintaining and growing online communication channels such as websites and social media, including the creation and optimization of high-quality digital content
- Create compelling marketing assets—graphics, animations, videos, webinars, presentations, webpages, and print materials—both hands-on and in close collaboration with external agencies
- Plan and execute regional, portfolio-specific events and trade shows, while contributing to the successful delivery of global fairs and exhibitions
- Work cross-functionally with Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Communications, and Branding to effectively position Grid Technologies’ offerings in the market
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities and campaigns, translating insights into continuous improvement
- Leverage data analytics and AI-driven tools to increase marketing effectiveness, optimize ROI, and support data-informed decision-making
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales principles, including customer centricity, value proposition, content strategy and development, product promotion, and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent project planning skills with the ability to adapt to project priorities, effectively managing schedules and task prioritization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of using AI tools
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as graphic design and video editing software, marketing automation and CRM tools, and content management systems is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with creative problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in English and demonstrated intercultural competencies
