Lead the Future of Energy: Join Siemens Energy as Managing Director for Norway!

The Managing Director will drive the energy transition in Norway and act as Siemens Energy Brand Ambassador/Country key representative through proximity to customers, authorities, internal & external stakeholders. The role will focus on leading transformation, delivering growth and creating success by building a culture that fosters collaboration and delights customers according to Siemens Energy Values.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Act as Siemens Energy's key representative in the country through proximity to customers, authorities and other stakeholders & shareholders; orchestrate, support and coordinate the internal stakeholders in order to achieve the optimal result for SE and Wind Power.
• Lead and role model the transformation of Siemens Energy by creating a collaborative environment internally to meet evolving needs of our customers/market.
• Develop local roadmaps for the energy transition and its market development strategy, including partner & network strategy
• Promote, lead and drive development and talent management for the local team.
• Provide platform for the responsible SE Business Areas to successfully operate on.
• Ensure that legal rules and regulations are adhered to in the country.
• Co-lead and support the Key Account community in the country.
• Develop and implement lean and efficient organizational structures across countries together with Nordic Management team.
• You will provide line management of local employees (under local employment law), ensuring cost optimization and management of RCM & regional infrastructure and will support country employee management/development, internal communications; HR
• In close collaboration with the local Business Area managers and Business development, you will develop new business / revenue models

What You Bring

• You will bring a successful track record in leading transformation in the energy industry, talented and well-rounded senior industrial executive with extensive exposure across functions within a multi-national corporation, superb leadership and teamwork qualities, deep understanding of Norwegian Energy landscape and industry, network and experienced in building relations with key clients, governmental officials and internal stakeholders, and individual who promotes and drives change management and collaboration and embraces Siemens Energy's values and role model our key behaviors. Proficient in English and Norwegian.
